Virginia Wilson

The Deputy Principal Registrar supports the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Registrar in all managerial elements of administering and running the business of the Court, including in overseeing the national management of registrars. The Deputy Principal Registrar plays a key role at a national level in government relations, including the Attorney-General’s Department and other key external stakeholders. The Deputy Principal Registrar manages the Court’s budget and financial management and manages and implements legislative change within the Court, including proposed new legislation and Rules of Court. Also key to the role is management of the Court’s complaints process nationally and, where required, acting as a Complaints Handler appointed by the Head of Jurisdiction.
