Notice of ceasing to act

This form is used by lawyers to advise the Court that they no longer act for their client in a family law proceeding. 

The lawyer must advise the Court of their client’s last known email and residential address and enclose a Notice of Address for Service.

Filing with the Court

Seven days after service on their client, the lawyer must file this notice with the Court.
