The Federal Circuit and Family Court (the Court) has jurisdiction to:
- review decisions under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
- determine some appeals from the Administrative Review Tribunal
- determine child support appeals, and
- enforce determinations of the Information Commissioner under the Privacy Act 1988.
