Warrant of arrest

This form is available for legal practitioners as a precedent for use when a court has ordered that a person be arrested and brought before the Court.

This type of application cannot be eFiled on the Commonwealth Courts Portal and must be filed by email at the Court registry where the matter is being heard. Any orders made will be available on the portal.
