This form is used if you are requesting a refund.
If you have paid a full fee when you were entitled to an exemption or reduction of fees at the time the fee was paid. You must attach the appropriate form with this request:
- Application for exemption of fees – general
- Application for exemption of fees – financial hardship
- Application for a reduction of fees – general (divorce/nullity only)
- Application for a reduction of fees – financial hardship (divorce/nullity only)
If you have paid a hearing fee and the proceeding is settled or discontinued before the hearing day or the hearing day does not proceed for some other reason and the applicant notifies the Court.
If you have paid a conciliation conference fee the proceeding is settled or discontinued before the conference is held.
Note: A filing fee is not refundable for an application that is discontinued or withdrawn. Setting down fees are not refundable.
