Notice of Intervention by Person Entitled to Intervene

Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules - RULE 3.07

This form is used if you are entitled to intervene. An Affidavit – Family law and child support must be filed with this form

If you need permission to intervene you must file an Application in a Proceeding (see Rule 3.04).
